I hope that most of you are out there focusing on getting your animal boned out. For those of you who are still at home and looking for a workout this is another quick one. This workout is designed to get your heart rate up, and work that posterior chain. I know I sound like a broken record at times, but make sure you do a proper warm-up, and cool down before and after each workout. It will help with recovery, and prevent injury.
