The Tree Line Triplet is designed to test your ability to keep going when it gets hard. The first few rounds will be easy, just like the first few days of a long hunting trip. The key is to stay in the moment. Don’t look ahead to the next exercise, don’t look at the clock. Just put your head down and go, and don’t stop until the timer goes off.
If you like the workout of the day, use the new “Favorites” option to save the workout to your favorite folder and make it easy to find in the future.
