Anyone do the workout today?
Sunday is tough to get to the gym, but I did one on my own. I am scratching and clawing my way into starting a better week.
Dropped a couple of workoouts last week because outside forces are taking sleep away from me.
New week. New start.
5 min 40/20 Tabata.
Burpees
50 packed step ups.
10min interval on eliptical.
5 min. 40/20 Alternating 1 arm KB snatch
50 packed step ups.
10min interval on eliptical.
5min 40/20 KB swings.
50 packed step ups.
10min interval on eliptical.
15 pushups. 5 count top-mid-floor
50 packed steps
10min interval on eliptical.
I’m going to the gym….NOW!
This was a good one!
For the first workout: 225# DL’s and 19″ (over mid knee heigth) = 2.5 rounds
Second: 50# DB’s and 40 singles = 4+ rounds
Third: 50# sandbag (forgot my setup and had to use one of the sandbags from the back of my truck!) I took it easy on this so as not to split open the sandbag and only did one 20M with sandbag, for the rest I did 300M sprints on treadmill = 3 rounds (ran out of time and had to leave).
