The August Chipper is an annual workout we do here at train to hunt. We posted this workout last year and it smoked some of you. It’s redemption time. Look up how you did last year and beat your time. For those of you who are tackling this beast for the first time, record your results. Chances are, it will come up again next year.
It pays off to have a journal where you record all your workouts, keep track of your personal records for the various lifts, and runs, reminders of what to work on when you are shooting, things that work, and don’t work in the field, etc. It will prove to be a valuable resource from year to year.
