Core Exercises are a generic way of saying mid-line stability. Imagine having to push an object from one place to another, or balance an object on the end of something…would you choose a rope or a piece of ridged material like steel? So here is the point…you lower body does most of the moving while your upper body does all the holding…so what’s in between (your core) better be strong or it will be like pushing or stabilizing with a rope!
