We are just three short days away from kicking off the first annual Train to Hunt Challenge Competition, as part of the Bogus Challenge. We have organized all the logistics and ran through all the scenarios that may arise…the only thing left to do is to post a workout that will help those of who are going to make the shoot this weekend prep for the TTH Challenge Course and those of you who can’t make it get a great prep workout for the season. Being able to shoot with an elevated heart rate is great practice for all hunters regardless of hunting technique. I don’t care if you strictly tree stand hunt, when that buck manifests out of the trees and into the open, your heart rate is going to elevate! The more practice you have calming yourself through this situation the more likely you are to make that shot when it counts.
