The late-preseason portion of our TTH program has arrived. We are now moving towards workouts that have hunting specific workouts :
Miles on your boots
Weight on your back
Weapon in hand
Dragging heavy items
These workouts might require more time, but our aim is to keep them at or around 60 minutes.
We’ve graduated from the early pre-season phase, you are strong, you are fit, and above all else you’ve developed a strong work capacity. We are just a few weeks away from putting our fitness to use.
