When you see the strength for today, don’t curl up in a little ball and start crying! This movement requires the most power and athleticism of anything we have to offer, so man up and get going. Predators don’t run from their weaknesses; they attack them. Which is exactly what we are encouraging you to do today. The conditioning piece is a sweet little triplet time priority bout that will build endurance and strength simultaneously. All you need is 30 minutes and you can get all the work done.
