I’ll let you in on a big secret: make sure you don’t tell anyone. The TTH program is a strength & conditioning program designed for hunting athletes. There’s really no other way to describe it. The fact is that most of the athletes who follow the program happen to know that fitness/wellness equates to more success in the field and a longer hunting pursuit as far as longevity in concerned. We build the general framework of the template around the seasonal demands of the sport of hunting. We are working towards a peak come late summer and early fall.
Today we have two strength components, big compound movements that build work capacity and strength. Our conditioning is very taxing, but rewards efficiency and endurance.
