Today we have strength on the menu, a dash of strength metabolic conditioning, and we finish with more conditioning via a triplet. The main strength movement is probably one of the best go to exercises when short on time and you need to recruit some big muscle movers. The EMOM complex has built in rest, but it won’t feel like that because you’re going to use 85% of your best lift prior to starting.
The triplet has skill, strength, and power and the reps are high enough to make you want to pause for a break, but low enough that you shouldn’t have to…we shall see.
When May starts to wrap up, I can feel the hunting fire starting to burn a little stronger each day.
