Welcome to Friday, you can bang out today’s workout in or around 30 minutes including warm-up. The staple of today’s strength can be used with dumbbells, but if you have a barbell use it. For the conditioning component, it’s super grip intense and I want someone out there to complete 6 rounds in the given time.

I’m not sure what KC got on the conditioning, but I did see his shirt completely soaked afterwards. I was able to get 5 rounds plus 50 reps and could barely untie my shoes. Spring is here, hunting plans are getting unwound, and we’re excited to tame some mountains; how about you?
