3 rounds +20 lunge +15 squats. 60# sandbag
3 rounds minus 10 back squats. 45# bag.
Rx’ed weight. Made it 2 rounds + lunges and back squats on round 3. Did not have a sandbag so I filled my pack with a med ball and some plates. I think I am going to search the site for other Sandbag WOD’s.
this workout yesterday, made 2 rounds with 40lbs.
I love the sandbag workouts. Mike, I got a sandbag that holds 4olbs at Sports Authority fairly cheap.
Repeated this one yesterday and mad it 3 rounds plus 11 lunges with the same 45#… Improvement…
