Perform 50 Squats for time (50% of your 1 rep max)
Every minute on the minute perform 5 burpees.
The workout is completed when you finish your 50th rep.

hey Dan… man this is a legit workout no doubt, but what is up with those burpees? LOL.
The squat rack I wanted to use was being used by someone else, so I opted for overhead squats instead. Dang, is all I can say! My upper and lower body both took a beating! I forgot to time myself, but it was around 8-9 minutes to complete the cycle. I’m loving the overhead squats.
Nice work Luke! OHS are one of my favorite movement too…Keep up the good work!
